Neville Gaunt, CEO

Neville is an experienced finance professional with a highly successful background in international oil & gas at both strategic and operational levels. He has extensive international experience working with multinationals and governments, small and large companies, start-ups and within both public and private sectors. Neville has a proven record of optimising financial and commercial outcomes through a combination of original thinking, pragmatism and a determination to get results. Whilst business improvement is his primary specialism, he is also focused on developing Mind Fit‘s Education Division to help young people improve themselves and enhance their employment opportunities.

Graham Williams, Director of Development

Graham is the architect of the Mind Fit Process and is responsible for its on-going development. Previously he operated at both tactical and strategic levels in two UK police forces. He led major operations and initiated changes within the police that had a national impact. He has in-depth personal experience of training, coaching and developing high performing individuals, teams and leaders. Subsequently, he worked as a performance coach at Performance Consultants International that led to exploring the impact of knowledge training and coaching in organisations.

Prof Victor Newman, Director of Innovation

Victor is an Innovation Practitioner and has operated at senior level including Head of Innovation Strategy & Economics and Chief Learning Officer to Pfizer. He currently works with several business schools and contributed to the Harvard Business Review. He is the author of “Made to Measure Problem Solving” and his “Knowledge Activist’s Handbook – Adventures in the Knowledge Trenches” from Capstone/ Wiley & Sons has been cited as the “best (secret) management book within the last ten years.” His also specialises in making leadership more relevant in today’s dynamic and unpredictable environment using some innovative tools that lead to business agility.

Adrian Thomas, Non Executive Director

Adrian’s experience covers senior posts with major organisations in HR, Resourcing, Engagement and Talent and he has experience across the Pharmaceutical, Banking and Transportation Industries. He is a specialist in “In-House” Recruitment and Talent Management from entry to board level. He is also involved in Recruitment Policy and Governance – with a focus on Engagement, Employment Branding, Recruitment legislation and Supplier Selection and Management. He is the Chair of the Recruitment Society and Director & Vice President of the Association of Graduate Recruiters.

Tony Westwood, Director of Mind Fit Golf

Tony turned Professional in 1985 and PGA Qualified in 1988, PGA ‘AA’ Professional & Level III Coach. He manages the Mind Fit Golf Academy programme from the Home of Mind Fit Golf at Chichester Golf Course. He is a NLP Sports and Master Practitioner and a Qualified Hypnotist. He has developed a personal coaching programme suitable for any golfer. This specific coaching process is applied to other sports and developing Mind Fit Sports coaches. Today, Tony is linking peoples’ experiences on the golf course with their work lives.

Michelle Griffith Robinson, Lead Developer & Coach

Michelle is a former Olympic Triple Jumper who competed for over two decades retiring after the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne in 2006. During her illustrious career she competed in Olympic Games, World and European Championships and was the first woman in the Commonwealth to jump more than 14 metres. Today, Michelle, who has a passion to help people excel in areas that they never deemed possible brings her energetic and highly motivated style to help young adults, business people and others and invites them to share her motto of “Dream big and don’t be scared to give anything a go.” She is a personal trainer, public speaker, mentor and Mind Fit Coach and Developer.

Ian McArthur, Communications & Media Coach

Ian has enjoyed a long and very successful career in advertising having been a director at four major international agency groups. He has a wide range of experience in running multi million pound, multinational accounts, particularly in the airline, courier and automotive fields. In addition he has worked with major organisations including Dow Chemical, SAP, IBM and the Northern Ireland Office developing communication strategies and preparing teams for major presentations. He now runs his own agency and brings an added dimension to our clients wishing to develop Mind Fit teams.

Brendan Hollyer, Governance Coach

Brendan has a highly experienced career in the financial sector, with a key focus on change management. Recently he has pursued his passion for improving the life chances for children in schools focusing on school governance. He joined a Multi Academy Trust and he directly managed the conversion of LEA schools that saw a three-fold increase in the number of schools within the trust – a total of forty nine. He is now recognised as a National Leader of School Governance. Brendan will help drive Mind Fit’s Education Division and be instrumental in delivering significant improvement in school governance at all levels, where only a ‘can do’ attitude will lead to success.
